1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on mama4. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, active phone number, and valid banking details.
Mama4 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mama4 recommends using a unique, strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the mama4 support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a mama4 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or contravenes applicable local regulations.
- Not to attempt to hack, attack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems in any way, including through the use of automated software, bots, or unauthorised scripts.
- Not to spread false information, offensive content, or material that infringes third-party rights through the platform.
- Not to engage in any form of fraudulent transactions, including the use of unauthorised payment methods, identity falsification, or misuse of the bonus and promotions system.
- Not to access another user's account or allow others to access yours.
- To comply with all betting limits, deposit limits, and withdrawal limits set by the platform from time to time.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or permanent account closure without compensation.
4. Payment Information and Transaction Policy
All transactions on the mama4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX through local banks. mama4 does not accept any form of foreign currency or payment methods not listed on the platform.
Fund transfers to your mama4 account must be made using a payment method in your own name. Deposits via third-party accounts, anonymous cash transfers, or unidentifiable methods are not permitted and may result in transaction rejection and account suspension.
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified in your mama4 account. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days. mama4 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal request.
Any attempt to transfer account balances to another user, use balances for purposes outside of gameplay, or exploit the transaction system will be considered a serious breach of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Mama4 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure from external threats.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, mama4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of winnings due to technical disruptions.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming carry financial risks and are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.
6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the mama4 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and graphic elements — is the exclusive property of mama4 or its respective licensors. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from mama4 is strictly prohibited.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. mama4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Access to external services is at the user's own risk.
The mama4 name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without written consent. Any attempt to imitate or misappropriate the brand identity may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Mama4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
An account may be temporarily suspended for identity verification purposes, investigation of suspicious activity, or while a security review is being conducted. During the suspension period, all transactions and access will be blocked. Users will be notified once the review process is complete.
An account may be permanently closed if a user is found to have committed fraud, abused bonuses, used unauthorised software, provided false information during registration, or repeatedly violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to Terms
Mama4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Notification of material changes to the Terms will be communicated through the available communication channels on the platform. Continued use of the services after such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
